If you have the unfortunate experience of receiving damaged goods from transit or if items are not working as intended, please contact us immediately click here.

 

Our customer service team will determine how to best resolve your issue depending on the problem.

 

If the item is faulty we will exchange it at no cost to you. If we no longer carry the item or if it is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund.

 

If the item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged carton and items within so we can claim the damaged goods on our insurance. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to get the matter sorted as quickly as possible.

 

How long do I have to respond?

Please contact us within 14 days from dispatch of receiving any faulty or damaged items  to be able to claim a refund or replacement.
